We are thrilled to be able to offer this option to our customers with our 90,000 square foot finishing facility located less than 3 miles from our main facility in Louisville, KY.
SPRAY FINISHES
Our facility is equipped with two automated spray lines capable of processing parts of all shapes and sizes in an efficient, high-production setting. Additionally, we have several individual spray booths set up to handle smaller volume or custom work. We offer many colors of paint or stain finishes as well as clear finishes on these lines. This solution is ideal for finishing furniture components, assemblies, case goods, millwork, and any other multi-dimensional pieces.
FLAT LINE FINISHING
Once installed, our roll coating line will provide customers with a state-of-the-art solution for pre-
finishing flooring, architectural panels, veneer sheets, cabinet components, and many other items. Multiple rollers, sanders, and wiping stations allow us to apply a high-quality, multi-stage finish in a single pass. Like our spray lines, we are able to offer clear, stain, or paint finishes in many colors and sheens suited to your specific application.
